Fast Fashion does not take your specific measurements in mind. Generic sizes do not accommodate your unique body shape or fit properly in all areas. If you want to learn the fundamentals of alterations and the anatomy of different garments so that you can feel empowered to dress more confidently and on a budget then this class is for you.

Each sewing session will focus on one type of garment to investigate the different types of fit issues and how to pin and sew them in a professional way. You may bring a maximum of 2 garments of the same kind, e.g. top, to have it fitted and work in class. Please note that you may not complete the alterations in class depending on how fast you are able to deconstruct the garment and sew.

When you book please inform us which garment you will be bringing in. Please do not bring a garment with too many complex alterations. This class is an introduction to basic methods used for general alterations e.g. heming.

For more detailed training please enrol in our Alterations Sewing Program where we go in depth garment by garment over 6 weeks!

Please bring your own sewing threads and marking tools.

Additional sewing kits, supplies, tools and fabrics are available for purchase on site.

Due to limited spaces, all sewing lessons are final and cancellations will result in forfeit of payment. Bookings are strictly NON transferable to other class dates. Please check dates before making your sewing class bookings as there can be NO exceptions.
