Terms and Conditions

By booking a lesson, workshop, course, event, or sewing program with Sew Rich, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

BOOKINGS

All bookings are essential and subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable.

As Sew Rich operates with limited places and prepares materials, equipment, staffing, and resources in advance, refunds cannot be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, illness, travel interruptions, work commitments, or failure to attend.

RESCHEDULING

Sew Rich does not offer rescheduling of bookings.

Please carefully review all dates, times, and program details before making your booking. Once a booking has been confirmed, the reserved place cannot be moved to another date, class, workshop, lesson, or event.

TRANSFERS

Bookings are non-transferable and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged, or assigned to another participant without prior written approval from Sew Rich.

NON-ATTENDANCE

Failure to attend a booked lesson, workshop, course, or event for any reason will result in forfeiture of the booking and all monies paid.

No refunds, credits, make-up classes, rescheduled sessions, or transfers will be provided for non-attendance.

LATE ARRIVALS

Participants arriving late may miss important instructions and workshop content. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled finish time regardless of arrival time.

MISSED CONTENT

Sew Rich is not responsible for providing replacement tuition, catch-up sessions, additional lessons, recordings, notes, or compensation for any content missed due to lateness or non-attendance.

CANCELLATION BY SEW RICH

In the unlikely event that Sew Rich must cancel a class, workshop, lesson, or event due to circumstances beyond its control, participants will be offered either:

(a) a transfer to an alternative date selected by Sew Rich; or

(b) a credit to be used towards a future Sew Rich service.

Sew Rich reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.

CHANGES TO PROGRAMS

Sew Rich reserves the right to make reasonable changes to workshop content, project selection, teaching methods, schedules, instructors, materials, or venue arrangements where necessary.

AGREEMENT

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
